What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct manual quality assessments of dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Create quality dashboards and trend reports to analyze dispute quality
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on quality assessments to enhance the dispute program
- Facilitate quality calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, compliance regulations, and internal policy changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the finance industry with a focus on quality for card and ACH transaction disputes
- Strong understanding of Reg E dispute requirements
- Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules
- Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards
- Demonstrated curiosity about the US banking system, startups, and ecommerce companies
- Empathy and understanding in communication with team members
