- Draft, edit, and finalize technical documents and policy deliverables
- Conduct research to support the development of standards-related documentation
- Organize and synthesize reviewer input
- Apply document templates, formatting standards, and version control
- Support reporting deliverables with clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in a writing-intensive or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or editing for federal or technical programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to write to formatting standards and style guides
- Able to work independently, manage timelines, and coordinate reviews in a remote setting.

Overview:
INTECON is seeking an experienced documentation professional who can take complex material and turn it into structured, clear, and polished deliverables. You'll lead document creation efforts for a long-term federal initiative focused on emerging technology and standards - including artificial intelligence (AI).
Note: AI expertise is not required. You'll work with technical and policy-related content and must be comfortable navigating complex information and producing structured, standards-compliant documents.
