      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver Employee Relations consulting services on standard to complex ER matters to client groups
      - Investigate internal employee complaints and recommend solutions to management and HRBPs
      - Consult and coach managers on performance management best practices
      - Provide recommendations on employee misconduct issues and job accommodation requests
      - Utilize Case Management tools to document and manage ER matters and generate reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related area, or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of progressive Employee Relations or HR Generalist experience
      - Spanish language skills strongly preferred
      - Experience with Canadian employment law preferred
      - PHR or SPHR designation preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven skills in managing difficult Employee Relations situations and conflict management
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Knowledge of HRMS systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft
      - Superior diagnostic and analytical skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
