      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries, providing clear guidance to HR partners and business leaders
      - Conduct impartial workplace investigations into employee complaints and misconduct, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
      - Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, and Compliance to deliver fair outcomes and mitigate risks
      - Analyze trends in employee relations and recommend proactive strategies to improve workplace culture
      - Manage HR policies and facilitate employee relations training programs to ensure compliance with legal standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Law, or a related field
      - 8+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist/HRBP experience, including at least 5 years in Employee Relations
      - In-depth understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA
      - Proficiency in HRIS systems and case management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AWI)
      - Experience in planning and conducting complex workplace investigations
      - Demonstrated passion for employment law and labor relations
      - Ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
