      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the direct technical interface with customers, building trust and understanding their unique problems
      - Develop customized proposals and Statements of Work to address customer needs
      - Prospect and build relationships within Boeing and with external stakeholders to identify business opportunities
      - Lead the execution of projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence
      - Communicate effectively with government and regulatory agencies in support of engagements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of airline M&E engineering work experience or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years in a Senior Management or Executive leadership role in an airline or similar operation
      - Demonstrated experience in forming and leading multifunctional teams
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including business correspondence and presentations
      - Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment using computer and communication tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of Technical or Management Consulting experience
      - Knowledge or experience with FAA and EASA regulatory requirements
