What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive platform adoption and assess the overall health of customer engagement with the Outreach platform
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them towards achieving their business goals
- Analyze data from multiple sources to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Champion the development of Customer Success Plans to ensure customer satisfaction and value
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and support their journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a related field in SaaS
- Strong knowledge of Sales Engagement or Marketing Automation Software and their integration with CRMs
- Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence without direct authority

- Ability to navigate complex networks within an organization
