What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and optimize the Epic pharmacy application to ensure accurate medication workflows
- Assist with updates related to medication build, formulary adjustments, and medication billing
- Collaborate with team members to maintain system reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide user support, onboarding, and training as needed
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and product lifecycle activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic Pharmacy applications; Epic Willow certification preferred
- Familiarity with Omnicell-Epic interface preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate technical analysis skills and ability to communicate effectively with users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading projects and delegating tasks
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacy applications and related systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements
