What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily functional and technical support for the ERP system, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain ERP system settings, user roles, permissions, and security
- Analyze manufacturing and business workflows to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and system enhancements within a manufacturing context
- Assist with ERP reporting and analytics using SQL, SSRS, and Infor reporting tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience supporting end-users on Infor SyteLine based solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and accounting principles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical details clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and MS T-SQL
- Experience supporting complex multi-site and multi-currency ERP environments
- Familiarity with manufacturing-related tools such as Infor Factory Track and Seagull Scientific BarTender
- Experience with Tier 1 ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Exposure to Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts within ERP systems
