      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise and assist the Deputy Treasurer of Revenue Services in policy formulation and implementation
      - Track projects and programs, assessing effectiveness and progress toward strategic goals
      - Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
      - Ensure vendor contract compliance across the Revenue Services business area
      - Collaborate with the Revenue Services leadership team to advance organizational initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience at P11-level or one year at the 12-level as a senior-level worker, manager, or staff/program specialist
      - Must be able to work onsite in Michigan on designated days
      - Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check due to access to Federal Tax Information
      - Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
