      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the CFO's calendar and prioritize tasks in alignment with financial reporting and planning cycles
      - Prepare and manage financial communications, meeting invitations, and presentation materials with confidentiality
      - Plan and execute finance team meetings, offsites, and all-hands sessions, including agendas and follow-ups
      - Lead or support special projects assigned by the CFO, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
      - Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives; 3+ years in a tech environment preferred, ideally in finance
      - Strong interest in finance and a desire to deepen understanding of financial processes and terminology
      - Advanced proficiency in calendar management and presentation tools, such as Google Workspace
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism
      - High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information

      - Experience in a high-growth tech environment, particularly within finance departments
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules
