      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide proactive support by anticipating leader's needs and preparing meeting materials in advance
      - Manage leader's calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing meetings
      - Act as a liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism
      - Arrange complex travel itineraries and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
      - Organize and maintain confidential information, documents, and files, ensuring easy accessibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management
      - Ability to work from the NYC office 5 days a week
      - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including Google suite and online collaboration tools
