Job Description

- Responsible for In-coming Packing material quality, Quality Control process right from Raw material, Wet goods, Packaging Material, Process quality to finished final products
- Sensory Evaluation & Profiling of various Imported scotch conc. Malt spirits, DM water, ENA and flavors for their fitness to our product range.
- Good control over operation, annual maintenance and Calibration of various Lab Instruments:-
Density meter: - Anton Paar, all HACH instruments (Turbidity Meter, Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter. - Quality improvements through applying various lean and quality tools. Drive the unit GMP, GHP and GLP, HACCP activities and validate the effectiveness of the system based on SOP. Ensure all the plant quality related activities are within the SOP and compliance.
- Also heading L-1 audit (QEHS) (LTO & GRMS), FSSAI audit, FSSAI Schedule IV, LMR regulation, FSSAI product, water, raw water, auxiliary materials sample testing.
