Job Description

- Train and direct Exhibit Supervisors on processes, production details, and on-site execution
- Develop and maintain SOPs for exhibit preparation, packing, and inventory control
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safety, organization, and quality standards
- Travel to event sites to supervise and support exhibit installations and client interactions
- Assist with estimating jobs, planning builds, and maintaining project budgets
- Lead the scheduling of staff for in-house and on-site work
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: Prior experience in trade show or exhibit environments preferred
- Credentials: Forklift certification strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Hands-on leadership and training abilities
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings
- Basic computer and hand tool proficiency
- Comfort supervising labor and working both indoors and outdoors

The Expo Group is seeking a Senior Exhibits Manager to guide Exhibit Supervisors, streamline processes, and ensure a consistent and engaging client experience. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, this in-office role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our exhibit structures are built to spec, packed with care, and executed flawlessly onsite.
