      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise OPRE staff on federal privacy standards and regulations
      - Draft and evaluate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and other privacy assessment tools
      - Collaborate with OPRE staff to assess privacy risks and develop alternative language and processes
      - Track and respond to privacy incidents and consult on security incidents
      - Advise on data sharing agreements and other agreements related to data sharing for research purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - JD or comparable degree and at least 5 years' experience in a privacy compliance role OR a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' experience in a privacy compliance role
      - Expert knowledge of federal privacy requirements
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical concepts
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CIPP or another information privacy certification
      - Experience evaluating privacy implications of systems and projects
      - Interest in privacy law and practice as it applies to research and evaluation activities
