- Partner with sales to understand gaps/opportunities and build a cohesive 6-month rolling Field Marketing plan focused on exceeding goals.
- Clearly communicate the marketing strategy, plans, goals, and outcomes to all collaborators, as well as internal cross-functional teams.
- Implement marketing programs, campaigns, and events to develop drive and accelerate pipeline.
- Deliver end-to-end event program management and logistics from initial planning to post-event program follow up, including vendor management, event promotions, sales enablement, data management/measurement, and maintenance of all event assets.
- Work closely with the industry-aligned go-to-market leads to build focused messaging, events, and campaigns. Including, but not limited to insurance, financial services, retail and hospitality, technology and media, professional services, and healthcare industries.
- Measure results by analyzing metrics delivered from marketing programs and regularly report results and trends to sales and marketing leaders using Salesforce and Tableau
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to identify speakers, content, partner opportunities, and branding to deliver impactful experiences that engage our audience.
- 7 plus years of Field Marketing experience at a B2B company
- A consistent track record working successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results
- Evaluate event and/or campaign effectiveness, ongoing results, and present findings to key team members
- Leverage data and insights to create the strategy, improve efficiencies, build projections, and report on impact
- Take initiative in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, lead projects simultaneously, and deliver campaigns on budget and on schedule
- Take bold initiatives, address problems, and make continuous process improvements
- Passion for solving challenges, operate with a high sense of integrity, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Strong Salesforce and Tableau experience is desired.

- 7+ years Field Marketing Experience in-region and understands integrated marketing strategy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, or related field

The Senior Field Marketing Manager, Canada will be responsible for supporting pipeline development and acceleration of prospective and existing customer accounts through marketing campaigns and programs, ensuring our global brand to demand and regional sales priorities are aligned.
The Field Marketing Manager needs to work closely with sales leaders and extended teams (including Presales, Value Management, Corporate Sales Development, Partners, and more) to plan and deliver a comprehensive, marketing plan for the region.
The ideal candidate will gain a deep understanding of our market trends, customer needs/challenges, products, go-to-market messaging, and will run the implementation of local campaigns and localise global and regional campaigns relevantly.
This role will combine strategic planning with hands-on program creation and is a perfect opportunity for a dedicated demand generation professional with opportunities for growth.
