      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Target and prospect within a defined set of industry account targets in the LATAM region
      - Build and execute Account Plans for targeted accounts
      - Negotiate complex deals and lead the development of sales strategies
      - Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvements
      - Oversee and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 - 15 years of direct B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      - Experience selling enterprise software, particularly in operational, risk, or compliance systems
      - Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both written and verbal
      - Ability to travel up to 30% to meet customers in the territory
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience closing business in Latin America, specifically in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com as a CRM tool
      - Strategic sales planning and complex negotiation skills
      - Leadership abilities to mentor team members
      - In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
