What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with sales leaders to drive topline growth and assist in developing sales strategies and performance metrics
- Lead support on annual budgeting and long-range financial modeling
- Develop models to forecast sales performance and revenue generation
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders
- Identify financial risks related to sales operations and work with relevant teams to mitigate these risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or engineering; MBA/CPA preferred
- 8+ years of related experience in finance business partnering and financial planning and analysis supporting sales functions
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
