      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full financial lifecycle of assigned contracts, including various contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M)
      - Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to program leadership
      - Oversee financial tracking of material transactions and inventory for integration projects
      - Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS across all financial activities
      - Mentor and train junior financial analysts on government contracting and compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or program control within the Aerospace & Defense or Government Contracting industry
      - Demonstrated experience managing financials for a Defense Integrator or Manufacturer
      - Advanced proficiency in Deltek Costpoint or Unanet
      - Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS

      - Expert-level Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
      - Strong leadership capabilities with a desire to mentor less experienced team members
      - Excellent communication skills for translating financial data into business narratives
