What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete monthly accounting and financial reporting activities, including revenue recognition calculations, inventory, general ledger analysis, reconciliation, and journal entries
- Own preparation, consolidation, review, and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, including customer and product revenue, bookings, and profitability
- Enhance monthly reporting, tracking, and analysis of site spending in key cost accounts, communicating trends to the Site Leadership Team (SLT)
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and analytic consistency
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis to enhance cross-functional efficiencies and provide clarity to site financials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in financial variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling
- Strong business analysis and financial planning & reporting skills to generate insights driving value
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suites
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP and Oracle (Hyperion) is preferred
- Ability to stay organized, efficient, analytical, and maintain attention to detail
- Flexible, quick learner with a highly motivated attitude
