What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including variance analysis and performance forecasting
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations using advanced Excel and data visualization techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated reporting strategies and streamline processes
- Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations
- Manage sensitive financial information with discretion while providing analytical support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in real estate or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling capabilities
- Strong accounting fundamentals and experience with computer-based accounting applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present to stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP platforms
- Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with data visualization tools and automated reporting solutions
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
