What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain data integrity of the hospital's cost accounting system by performing regular data checks
- Document changes to data structures and process flows, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with IT and Analytics partners to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
- Conduct routine database maintenance and implement system upgrades/modifications
- Compile and maintain system and user data documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong data analysis and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in Strata/EPSi, EPIC, and Lawson systems
- Previous experience in cost accounting design/methodology in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of maintaining healthcare decision support systems or SQL databases
