      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive month-end financial review process, including management reporting and P&L insights
      - Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
      - Perform variance analysis and generate data insights to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
      - Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management
      - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
      - 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles
      - Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills, including data visualization
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or CFA designation
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
      - Demonstrated ability to be a team player and develop into a manager/leader of people in future roles
