- Must live within the Mercy footprint Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Kansas.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- At least five years of financial analysis experience, with experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including physicians and administrators.
- Demonstrated ability to frame analytical questions, perform technical financial analyses, balance time, communicate results of analyses through clear written, graphical, and oral presentation and maintain collaborative work relationships through employment of assertive consulting techniques.
- Must work independently to meet project deadlines
- High level of proficiency in PC applications, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This position is responsible for coordinating, preparing, analyzing and presenting analyses of capital projects, CON reports, business opportunities, new services, and other complex financial analyses.
