      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making
      - Provide financial support, including oversight and analytical support for the monthly close process
      - Coordinate and assist in the annual budget process
      - Prepare and review account reconciliations and annual audit schedules
      - Perform various financial analyses as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
      - At least five years of accounting or financial analysis experience
      - Demonstrated knowledge of financial applications and processes
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
      - Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
      - CPA certification preferred
      - Experience in healthcare financial reporting
      - Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint
