What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize vendor performance and cost management through effective negotiation and relationship management
- Analyze vendor spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and value optimization
- Support the annual operation cost budgeting process and forecasting models
- Prepare and present regular operation expense reports to department heads
- Collaborate with internal departments to align vendor performance and cost objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- 4-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting with a focus on vendor performance and cost optimization
- Strong understanding of financial budgeting, reporting, and vendor management
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
