What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead financial reporting to provide key stakeholders with visibility into company performance and expense management
- Own forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with department leads to ensure accurate financial projections
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance, identifying key trends, variances, and business drivers
- Create dynamic financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis
- Partner with business leaders to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or similar discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business strategy, or strategic planning
- Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven track record of leading financial reporting and forecasting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consumer finance, lending, or fintech
- Previous experience in a PE-backed or venture-backed company
- Progress or completion of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program
