What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-impact financial insights and strategic analysis to guide executive decision-making
- Develop and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business areas
- Conduct monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis and trend evaluation
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for operational and strategic priorities
- Mentor team members and promote best practices within a collaborative environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience forecasting and analyzing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Experience in the software industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain finance concepts to non-financial leaders
