What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare annual budgets and generate periodic forecasts while analyzing trends in revenues and expenses
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and create financial models for future business planning decisions
- Research and report on global economic trends to assist in financial planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, organize data, and prepare it for budget approval
- Coach and oversee the work of other financial analysts and related staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
- Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization in a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial leaders
- Must maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold the organization's mission and values
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar ministry setting
- Familiarity with financial planning software and systems
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
