What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver consulting engagements focused on Record to Report configuration and optimization for customers
- Provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting support, and best-practice advisory services
- Review and optimize Workday Record to Report functionality, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Design and conduct feature demonstrations and enablement sessions to enhance customer adoption
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in Workday Record to Report and industry practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials Record to Report configuration experience
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials and financial systems
- 3+ years of customer-facing consulting or advisory experience supporting Record to Report processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Certification or ability to obtain a Workday Certification
- Experience supporting large, global enterprises with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliverables concurrently
- Ability to clearly explain complex Record to Report and security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
