What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver consulting engagements focused on Record to Report configuration and optimization
- Partner with customers to understand and translate accounting and reporting requirements into Workday Financials solutions
- Configure and optimize Workday Record to Report functionality, including financial data models and period close processes
- Provide customer enablement through feature demonstrations and consulting to enhance adoption of accounting features
- Maintain expertise in Workday Record to Report and contribute insights to evolve Success Plans offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials Record to Report configuration experience
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials and financial systems
- 3+ years of customer-facing consulting or advisory experience supporting Record to Report processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Certification or ability to obtain one
- Experience supporting large, global enterprises with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliverables concurrently
- Experience clearly explaining complex Record to Report concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 20% based on customer and business needs
