What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver consulting engagements focused on Record to Report and Accounting Center optimization
- Partner with customers to translate accounting needs into scalable Workday solutions
- Provide configuration guidance and best-practice recommendations
- Troubleshoot complex configuration and accounting issues
- Design and deliver enablement sessions to accelerate customer adoption of features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience across Record to Report and/or Accounting Center
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday Financials and financial systems
- 1+ years of customer-facing consulting experience advising on accounting and close solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Certification (or ability to obtain) in Record to Report, Financial Accounting, Accounting Center, or Financial Data Model (FDM)
- Experience supporting large, global enterprises with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- Ability to clearly explain complex accounting concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliverables concurrently
