What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various departments to develop business case modeling for new site investments
- Analyze financial inputs and compare them against original business cases to ensure accuracy
- Monitor and update financial performance and profitability of new sites and large deal opportunities
- Prepare detailed presentations for executive audiences, communicating financial metrics effectively
- Support third-party investors through comprehensive profitability analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in finance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate large data sets using advanced Excel functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience with construction projects is a plus
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles
- Experience working with investors
