      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage all aspects of the FP&A function, including strategic financial planning
      - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, providing variance analysis and commentary
      - Prepare Board decks and presentations, effectively communicating with senior leadership
      - Manage ad-hoc projects and oversee the cost center reporting process
      - Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - 10+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field
      - Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
      - Expertise in financial modeling and analysis
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
