What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the company's forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models connecting operational performance to financial outcomes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analyses and executive dashboards
- Collaborate with Accounting, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure data integrity across systems
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including new product launches and pricing changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tools like Metabase, Mosaic, or Cube
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and teams
- Familiarity with financial tech stack and data workflows
