      Qualifications

      • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
      • 10 Years of more experience with either the specification, installation, or development and testing of Fire Resistive Materials
      • Extensive knowledge of both the Hydrocarbon and Cellulosic Fire Protection Industries
      • Fire Protection Certification and Test Methods
      • Product Portfolio Management
      • Competent IT skills
      • Confidence in presenting in formal or informal environments - essential
      • Effective written & verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work flexibly and respond positively to changing priorities
      • Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative
      • English language skills at B2 level (Level B2 corresponds to independent users of the language, i.e. those who have the necessary fluency to communicate without effort with native speakers)

      Desirable:

      • Experience in Marketing or Product Management
      • Development of Sales Tools and Application Guides
      • Existing Relationships and influence in the Fire Protection Community in regard to the organizations which develop test methods, certifications, and qualification of materials and application.
      • Full driving license
      • Ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization
      • Ability to travel for business purposes

      Responsibilities

      • Responsible for the management of the Hydrocarbon and Cellulosic Fire Protection Portfolios including in the EMEAI and APAC Regions:

      · Identifying Gaps in the portfolio

      · Working with Sales and Segment leads to develop Business Cases for new products.

      · Working with R&D and Product Management on the development, certification, and launch of these products.

      · Working with Product Management and Regional Supply Chain on ensuring regional product availability and supply of these products

      · Work with Marketing Communication for the creation of the tools and collateral (Brochures, Presentations, marketing campaigns) to support these launches.

      · Management and support of the existing range

      • Responsible for thought leadership and subject matter expertise.

      · Participating in industry leadership and influence groups/committees

      · Preparing and presenting articles and white papers at conferences

      • Working with the Regional Technical Teams on internal and external product training plans
      • Supervision of Existing Bolton Based FEET/marketing Support Team
      • Role is European Based with extensive regional travel requirements
