      Senior Growth Marketing Manager

      The passionate team of B2B marketers supporting Expedia Group Media Solutions is looking for a senior growth marketing manager to lead strategic campaign development and execution for key partner audiences. Do you have a deep understanding of how to report on, segment, and target audiences within a database? This role will build targeted campaigns to acquire, reactivate, nurture and cross-sell/up-sell to drive business growth.

      Are you looking for opportunities to define and drive end-to-end campaigns? This role will support shaping customer lifecycles, building digital journeys, defining and maintaining lead qualifying and routing processes, and reporting impactful results.

      Are you energized by collaboration and skilled at stakeholder management? This role will work closely with B2B marketing analytics, creative, content strategy, digital, product marketing and sales enablement as well as with Media Solutions sales and commercial leaders.

      What you’ll do:

      • Plan, manage, produce, optimize, and report on strategic B2B marketing campaigns targeting key audiences

      • Work with analytics and use Salesforce and Marketing Automation to identify, segment, and target audiences for campaigns

      • Collaborate with digital, analytics and sales on defining customer lifecycles, building digital journeys, defining and maintaining lead qualifying and routing processes

      • Build subject matter expertise on the Media Solutions offerings, and recommend growth strategies and campaigns to meet the commercial goals and objectives

      • Lead campaign strategy including objectives, messaging, targeting, segmentation, and creative; incorporate input from marketing and sales stakeholders

      • Manage campaign development and workflows with stakeholders, with clear roles and responsibilities, timing of deliverables, and dependencies

      • Collaborate with the content strategy and creative team including copywriters and visual designers on campaign assets and content

      • Work with the team to build and edit workflows and assets, such as marketing automation emails and landing pages including templates; manage optimizations

      • Partner with additional growth teams and channel owners, product marketing and marketing stakeholders to extend campaigns/content across additional marketing and sales channels

      • Analyze campaign performance and data through reporting tools, tracking toward goals and reporting to stakeholders

      Who you are:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience

      • 8+ years of experience in managing, producing, optimizing and reporting on B2B campaigns

      • Extensive experience working with B2B sales teams

      • Deep experience in database marketing, account-based marketing (ABM)

      • Certified in Salesforce

      • A deep understanding of marketing automation, preferably with Marketo

      • Familiar with multiple B2B marketing platforms, including social media, paid media, search

      • Solid understanding of marketing channel mix and relationship between channels

      • Distills performance data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations

      • A strong performer with exceptional organizational and communications skills

      • Adept at managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

      • Willing to be agile and tackle the ad hoc as needed

      • Collaborative and a team player across functions and teams

      The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

      Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
