What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast self-serve annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts and product strategies
- Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Set and track key self-serve performance indicators (KPIs) to align initiatives with financial and strategic goals
- Participate in the annual planning process, contributing to topline target setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or a related field, with a focus on high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS businesses
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret models that inform decision-making
- Solid understanding of self-serve and product-led growth business models
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses into clear insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL, Python, time series modeling, or data analytics
- Familiarity with key SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality outputs efficiently
- Curiosity in exploring product metrics and customer behavior for growth opportunities
- Openness to learning new technical skills and adapting to emerging technologies
