  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own the GTM tooling strategy, designing and executing a roadmap for usability and effectiveness
  - Oversee systems project lifecycles from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize requests
  - Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to ensure consistency
  - Establish best practices and industry standards for scaling through tools within the GTM team
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Program Management or Business Systems roles
  - Proven experience managing GTM tools, particularly with a focus on Salesforce and BI tools
  - Strong passion for technology and its application to enhance productivity in a business context
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders effectively
  - Detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to documenting processes and managing projects
