What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
- Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data
- Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities
- Maintain data accuracy and identify new metrics as part of data quality and stewardship functions
- Deliver data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in healthcare analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Strong understanding of healthcare concepts and metrics
- Exposure to EPIC systems is a plus

- Experience with additional healthcare analytics tools or methodologies
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
