What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the creation of dashboards and reports to provide key insights about operations
- Collaborate with product owners and business users to implement data product requirements
- Create data models by cleaning, transforming, and aggregating data from various sources
- Analyze customer claims data to evaluate the impact of services on patient outcomes
- Communicate analytical results to internal stakeholders and work closely with cross-disciplinary teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of overall experience with at least 2+ years as a Senior Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics)
- Experience developing visualizations for business intelligence (e.g., Tableau dashboards)
- Proficient in SQL, Python (pandas), and Git
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare claims data and understanding of medical coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, DRG)
- Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., dbt)
- Knowledge of risk adjustment models
