What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, validate, and automate logic for ACO quality metrics in collaboration with clinical and IT teams
- Build and maintain models for evaluating attribution accuracy and gap closure performance
- Design and maintain enterprise outcome scorecards linking operational performance to quality outcomes
- Partner with IT and data engineering to enhance data pipelines and improve data integrity
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices for data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Nursing, Data Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis with expertise in SQL and/or Python
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare delivery processes
- Experience with healthcare analytics and familiarity with EHR systems and interoperability standards
- Proven ability to manage complex data reconciliation projects and work collaboratively with health system stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with ACO or quality reporting datasets such as HEDIS, CMS, or NCQA
- Understanding of value-based care and population health performance measurement
- Professional certification (RHIA) or formal education in healthcare informatics
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data governance requirements
