What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface and coordinate with the President of ACOs and Value-Based Care Innovations
- Collect, manage, analyze, and assess data related to ACOs and value-based care initiatives
- Manage file transfers from the CMS 4i system and data ingestion into SQL Server
- Create queries using T-SQL and ensure data accuracy for performance reporting
- Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience with relational databases, report building, and data analysis
- Experience with healthcare analytics projects using medical claims data is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, and experience with SQL and T-SQL
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers on the Medicare Prospective Payment System reimbursement model
- Strong familiarity with CMS CCLF sources, HCC risk coding, and shared risk/savings contracts
- Previous experience automating processes and securely transmitting data via SFTP
- Advanced Excel skills leveraging external PowerShell scripts
- Experience with Power BI
