      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the selection of evaluation, analytics, and business intelligence methodologies to facilitate problem solving and strategic planning
      - Leverage in-house clinical reporting software and various data sources for analytics
      - Independently document business problems and develop analytic solutions, including predictive models and business intelligence solutions
      - Serve as an analytics advisor to collaborating departments on cross-functional projects and reports
      - Perform descriptive and analytic studies using advanced analytical and statistical techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, statistics, economics, analytics, or computer science required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, analytics, IT, or management consulting
      - Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Experience building predictive models and knowledge of common query/analytic/visualization tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, and Tableau
      - Basic understanding of the U.S. healthcare delivery system in payer or provider settings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced knowledge of SAS, including Enterprise Miner
      - Strong understanding of provider payment methodologies and population health management
      - Familiarity with quality metrics such as HEDIS and AHRQ
      - Knowledge of commercial risk optimization and MA risk optimization
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences
