      About the role

      The Senior HR Business Partner will develop and implement HR strategies, providing guidance and support across Europe and North America. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Commercial and Corporate, this role will partner with business to work with hiring managers to implement best practices as well as retain and build top talent.

      You can be based in either our Bristol or Weybridge office, with flexibility to work from home.

      This role is permanent part time 25-30 hours per week, where you can choose the days you work. Some early starts required due to the global nature of the business.

      Key responsibilities include:

      Advanced knowledge of talent management processes is required, along with a focus on embedding new initiatives and enhancing organisational effectiveness in line with the People and Communications strategy. You will:

      • Partner with global HR colleagues to develop and implement global HR processes and initiatives
      • Contribute to business strategy by identifying and prioritising organisational capabilities with business leaders
      • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support managers in best practices
      • Assist line managers with various people processes including recruitment, coaching, and performance management
      • Support leadership development and training based on the 70:20:10 model
      • Facilitate organisational design, change management, effective communication, and engagement strategies

      What you’ll bring:

      • Experience, preferably in a fast-paced FMCG environment or similar
      • Expertise in talent development/recruitment and providing Employee Relations advice, with experience interfacing with senior managers and executive leadership
      • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, legislation, employment laws in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America, as well as talent identification and development concepts
      • Self-driven and strong leadership abilities, possessing superior HR knowledge encompassing change management and project planning
      • Excellent relationship building skills through coaching, influence and engagement
      • High level engagement and influencing of senior stakeholders through effective communication and a strong HR Generalist knowledge
      • Bachelor's degree in a related field and practical HR generalist experience (ideal)
