What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own onboarding and off-boarding for global Support team members across multiple time zones
- Oversee payroll coordination, HRIS data integrity, and compliance across Employer of Record environments
- Serve as the primary People Team partner for the Support organization, ensuring consistent communication and employee experience
- Run performance cycles, tracking milestones, and supporting employees through the process
- Manage employee relations matters in partnership with People Leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of HR experience, with a strong background supporting globally dispersed teams; experience with Asia is required
- Experience partnering with leaders in high-growth or high-volume operational environments
- Strong HR operations toolkit with emphasis on process, documentation, and systems
- Clear communication style across cultures and time zones
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment while maintaining alignment with People Leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with South/Central America is preferred
- Prior experience with Employer of Record partners, specifically Deel, is a strong plus
