You have deep experience as a strategic partner to senior business leaders with the design and delivery of solutions for business groups, as well as provided coaching on the development of high-performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement.
You regularly analyze data and information to assess talent gaps and inform future direction.
Your background includes supporting global business functions in a senior-level HR role, preferably in the financial services sales industry.
You have expertise in leading, engaging, and building high-performing teams and are passionate about leadership, emerging talent, and business trends and driving the evolution of the strategic HR function.
Your approach is rooted in empathy, lifelong learning, resilience, relentless passion, and an open mind.
You are a strong communicator across diverse populations of associates and pride yourself on your ability to build strong connections.

As one of our Senior HR Managers, you’ll develop and implement the strategy for our North America Client Group by providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions. Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you’ll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Development. You will play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management, and succession planning, including headcount forecasting and workforce planning, based on organizational goals and objectives.
You are a strategic, inclusive leader who leverages data, insights, and technology to drive talent strategy. With strong business acumen and a deep understanding of financial drivers, you lead with impact—challenging and inspiring teams while fostering a culture of continuous growth. To thrive in this role, you’ve operated as a senior leader in Human Resources, having worked in high-growth environments, preferably in client-facing functions supporting sales, marketing, and distribution teams.
You prioritize team development and optimization, proactively addressing unconscious bias and engaging with diverse perspectives to build equitable, high-performing teams. You challenge the status quo, build agile teams that thrive in change, and balance proven practices with innovative solutions.
You align talent with business needs, streamline workflows, and empower others to act with clarity and confidence. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills foster collaboration across diverse teams, enabling timely and effective execution.
You've led high-impact projects that drive strategic transformation and operational excellence across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape initiatives from concept to execution, influence key stakeholders, and deliver measurable results. Working cross-functionally to solve complex challenges, champion innovation, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives—making a lasting impact at both the team and enterprise level.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $158,975-$270,258
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
