What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the main HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in the region
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Advise managers on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local laws
- Facilitate immigration cases and provide support for visa sponsorships and relocations
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role in a multinational environment
- Solid hands-on experience in personnel administration and payroll processes
- Profound knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor law and HR compliance regulations
- Proven experience supporting immigration and mobility cases such as visa sponsorship and work permits
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and HRIS/HR admin systems
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence without formal authority
- Demonstrated organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with global and regional teams
