      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the design, development, and ongoing performance of the Workday HCM system
      - Monitor system performance and resolve issues to meet business objectives
      - Lead design discussions to define user requirements and translate them into workable solutions
      - Analyze processes and configuration setup to recommend efficiency improvements
      - Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards while providing troubleshooting support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM configuration experience
      - Focused expertise in one of the following Workday functional areas: Recruitment, Advanced Compensation, or Talent Optimization
      - Proven foundational skills in business process framework, security, report writing, and integrations
      - Solid understanding of HR processes, HRIS administration, and HR technology best practices
      - Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional HRIS workgroups

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge in Advanced Compensation, including merit, bonus, and stock plan configuration
      - Experience with configuring custom reports and calculated fields for reports and dashboards
      - Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet (Excel and Google Sheets) and analytical skills
      - Consistent track record of supporting HRIS projects and system implementations
