What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for global data entry in HRIS applications, including employee onboarding and offboarding, status changes, and employee information updates
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and query generation
- Process employee compensation changes, including merit increases and promotions
- Own critical onboarding documents for new employees
- Maintain employee files and HR filing system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 4 years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG UltiPro
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and functions
- Strong preference for candidates with SQL experience
- 4-5 years of relevant professional work experience supporting an organization with 1,500+ employees
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong background with UKG BI reporting
