      Salary: $97,840- $122,300 per year. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

      Essential Responsibilities

      Team Leadership & Development:
      Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team across various functions including HRBP, talent management, fostering a sense of belonging, and total rewards.

      Talent Management:
      Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

      Employee Engagement & Culture:
      Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Drive employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms.

      Compliance & Risk Management:
      Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are following federal, state, and local regulations. Manage risk related to employment law and labor relations.

      Compensation & Benefits:
      Oversee design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals and market standards.

      Change Management:
      Lead HR efforts during organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings. Provide change management expertise and communication planning.

      Leadership Responsibilities

      Will have direct supervision over the following HR department areas:
      • HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Hiring, Employee Relations, HRIS & HR Manager Trainings, Payroll & Benefits.
      • Responsible for Career Fairs and building relationships with external universities and schools.
      • Oversee incoming verifications of employment and all HR employee paperwork changes.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
      • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
      • Proven track record in HR strategy, talent development, and building high-performance teams
      • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR technologies, and best practices

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Multi-lingual
      • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior strategic HR role
